APPLY FOR MINI HORSE WEBSITE AWARD
The intent of our awards program is to highlight exceptional websites on the Internet based on the criteria set forth in our awards program. It is hoped that by recognizing outstanding leaders of all skill levels on the Internet, more attention and focus will be placed on creating highly valuable websites.
CRITERIA:
Of the hundreds of websites that are nominated, our awards are only received by a select few of top-quality websites. The criteria used to judge a particular website focuses on:
CONTENT ~ High degree of valuable content in the English language with a distinct purpose and focus on miniature horses and equine only;
PRESENTATION ~ Highly appealing layout that evokes emotion, well-organized, free of spelling and grammatical errors;
MAINTENANCE ~ Current information and/or regularly updated content providing visitors with the latest information on a particular subject;
USABILITY ~ Ease of use while navigating through the site, reading content, searching for a particular subject, or using forms;
PERFORMANCE ~ Functionality of the site, which involves cross-browser capability, accessibility, no broken links, no excessive pop-ups or pop-unders, ability to view site with popup blocking software enabled;
CREATIVITY ~ Creative high-quality graphics, attractive and coordinated color scheme, originality, distinctiveness.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Only those age 18 and older may nominate a website.
+ You can submit your own website or another website, but no more than two.
+ All webmaster skill levels are encouraged to apply.
+ No pornographic, hate, discriminatory, racial / gender bashing, or other objectionable websites will be considered.
+ Once we have received your submission, your website will be judged in a timely manner and you will be contacted if you are a winner.
+ Sorry, but due to the high number of submissions, we aren't able to contact those who haven't been selected.
+ You should receive a response no later than two weeks from date of submission.
